On 7 December 2019, the Ministry of Finance announced that there is no longer a treaty relationship with 3 countries. These are Kosovo (former Yugoslavia), Kyrgyzstan and Turkmenistan (former Soviet Republic). As a result, there are now 93 countries + the former Netherlands Antilles with which the Netherlands has a tax treaty.
