All Arts Tax Advisers is run by Dick Molenaar. He focuses already for years on theses special tax rules, advises many people and institutions, writes articles in both normal and tax magazines, speaks at conferences, both in The Netherlands and in other countries, and has made a artiste and sportsman taxtion a special theme.

All Arts is based in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, the city and port at the end of the river Rhine, that distinguishes itself from other cities, with its distinct accent, much renewal en the will to work at a strong pace. With its own airport, but also the train that runs in 26 minutes to Schiphol airport and in 40 minutes to the capital. Rotterdam is a big city with 1 million inhabitants (inlc. suburbs). Much goes on in the city and it has a great attraction to people from outside.

Dick Molenaar studied fiscal economics at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam en defended his master thesis in 1988 before Prof. Leo Stevens. At the same time his first tax publication was published, “Artiesten en de Oort-wetgeving” in the Weekblad voor Fiscaal Recht.
Over the years he built up All Arts Tax Advisers and from 2000 till 2006 Dick Molenaar did his PhD-research at the faculty of fiscal law of the Erasmus University of Rotterdam. In February 2006 he defended his PhD thesis “Taxation of International Performing Artistes” for a committee headed by his promoter Prof. Maarten Ellis.

As adviser Dick Molenaar is a member lid of the Nederlandse Orde van Belastingadviseurs (NOB), the International Fiscal Association (IFA), the International Bar Association (IBA), the International Association of Entertainment Lawyers (IAEL) en associate member of the International Association of Music Agents (IAMA).

As researcher Dick Molenaar is associated with the School of Law of the Erasmus University Rotterdam.

Outside his profession he is member of the board of the Stichting Architectuur Initiatief Rotterdam (architecture), Stichting Wunderbaum (theatrel), Stichting Motel Mozaïque (popmusic), Stichting Cultureel Erfgoed Popmuziek, Stichting Domestica (classical music) en Stichting Letteren en Samenleving Rotterdam (literature).
