12-04-2011 / No Dutch withholding tax for artistes and sportsmen from treaty countries
Since the year 2007, there is no withholding tax in the Netherlands on performance fees for artistes and sportsmen from countries with which the Netherlands have concluded a bilateral tax treaty.
